A clear, itemized quote after the inspection — no pressure, no surprise charges.
Tell us what you are seeing and where. We ask a few quick questions to understand the situation and confirm pricing expectations.
We find a time that works for you, often on the same day. You get a confirmed window so you are not waiting around.
Our technician does a full walkthrough — entry points, droppings, nest signs, moisture, damage — and explains what they find.
Targeted treatment based on the pest, the property, and the people inside. We use the least-invasive method that actually works.
We return to verify results and walk you through simple prevention steps — sanitation, exclusion, and what to watch for.
An inspection is not a five-minute look around. Our technician walks the property methodically — checking baseboards, cupboards, attics, crawl spaces, exterior siding, and any area you have flagged — with a flashlight and a trained eye.
We look for the things that tell the real story: entry points, droppings, nest signs, moisture issues, and damage patterns. That evidence tells us which pest we are dealing with and, just as important, how it is getting in.
Guessing leads to treating symptoms. Inspecting leads to solving the actual problem. That is why every job starts here.
A clear, itemized quote after the inspection — no pressure, no surprise charges.
Fully licensed technicians, trained on current Ontario regulations and safe product use.
Treatment chosen for the specific pest and property — not a one-size-fits-all spray job.
Products and application methods selected with pets, kids, and sensitive occupants in mind.
You know when we will arrive, how long it will take, and when to expect results.
We come back to verify the problem is gone and advise on prevention so it stays gone.
Treatment is chosen after the inspection, not before. Depending on the pest and the property, that could mean bait stations, targeted sprays, dust applications in wall voids, traps, exclusion work to seal entry points, or a combination.
We explain exactly what we are applying, where, and why before we start. If you have pets, young kids, or anyone with sensitivities at home, tell us up front — we will adjust methods and timing accordingly.
After treatment, you may see increased pest activity for a few days as they encounter the product. That is normal. Most problems resolve within one to three weeks. We return to verify results and walk you through prevention tips for the long term.
Most inspections take 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the size of the property and the severity of the problem. Larger homes or commercial spaces may take longer. We take the time we need to find the real source — not just the obvious signs.
For most treatments, no. We work around you. For certain larger-scale treatments (like a full bed bug heat treatment or fumigation), you may need to be out for a few hours. We tell you exactly what is needed before the appointment so there are no surprises.
Yes. We select products and application methods with pets, children, and sensitive occupants in mind. If you tell us up front who is in the home, we adjust accordingly. We will also tell you which areas (if any) to keep clear and for how long.
It depends on the pest. Ants and spiders often clear within a few days. Mice and rats usually resolve within one to two weeks. Bed bugs and cockroaches can take two to four weeks with follow-up visits. We set clear expectations before starting.
If pests return within the service window we agreed to, we come back at no extra charge. Our follow-up visit also helps catch any regrowth early. If the problem persists, we re-inspect and adjust the approach — we do not walk away from a job until it is resolved.
